Hi friend,
Welcome to the sisterhood and community of walking barefoot for Jesus! I am so excited that you dropped by!
You are loved. You are chosen. You are unique. You are gifted. You are here for a purpose and plan.
Yet, I know we cannot live this life without Jesus.
I’m Sarah Evangeline, and I am the creator of ‘The Adventure of Walking Barefoot for Jesus’. If you know me, you know that I hate wearing shoes. I usually am barefoot when I do any kind of ministry or work for God. Why? Because so much of serving God is about the unknown. When I walk barefoot, it reminds me that I am here on earth, to serve my King and Lord, not myself. It also reminds me that when I come to Jesus, I must bring all that I am; I must leave everything behind and come to Him alone.
It reminds me that there is work God has for me to do, and I need to stay focused of walking in His example.
‘Cause girl, I have doubted, disobeyed and have felt so unworthy to be called God’s daughter again. Yet, I am also the girl who has learned to overcome the lies of this world, by making God the King of my heart. God has brought me to a place where all I want to do is live for Him. I cannot stop until I share this with YOU!
You are worthy of His unending love.
You are here for a purpose and a marvelous plan.
I would LOVE for you to join this sisterhood. This is a safe place for you to learn, grow and become more ready to serve God in our world today.
Starting in just a few weeks, there will be an online devotion and a Bible study in my hometown, that I would love for YOU to be involved with.
I don’t have all the answers, but I know that we can learn together.
I hope that, together, we can learn to make God our identity so we can walk a lifestyle of Christ-likeness over a world of deception.
It’s an adventure.
There will be both laughter and tears. There will be ice-cream and tea. And there will be lots of hugs and love to share.
But, most importantly, God’s presence will be with us.
